Success Equity Challenge

The Success Equity Challenge is an ongoing monthly challenge that will test your abilities and push you to be better. I will be updating this page with more information as it develops, but the basic concept is below. It’s not going to be easy, but the price of greatness isn’t free. It takes courage, commitment, self-discipline, and focus. I challenge you to do it! Remember, we’re in this together. I’m trying to reach my potential just like you are. There will be struggles, you will get tired, frustrated, stressed out, anxious, and fearful, but that’s part of the process. It will get better, you will get better, and you will succeed!

 

The concept is simple:

  • Pick something that you will commit to for the next 30 days. Be specific about what you’re going to do every day to move one step closer to your goal.
  • It has to be something that you’ve haven’t done before, that you’ve been putting off for a while, that you’re afraid to do, or that pushes you outside your comfort zone…or all of the above.
  • If you miss a day or fail to complete any of the tasks, start again from Day 1.
  • Track your progress in a calendar or journal.
  • Share your progress on social media if you’re up to it #successequitychallenge

Some examples:

  • Wake up at 5:30am every day and work out right away. Start with 20 min of cardio.
  • Complete 5 lessons on a language learning app everyday and try reading a novel in that language.
  • Eat only vegetables every meal (become a vegan). 
  • Read one book each week for 4 weeks.

It’s entirely up to you what you choose to do, just make sure it’s something that pushes you to use discipline and consistency.
